This opening is for Sapiens Intelligence, part of the Sapiens DigitalSuite, which offers an end-to-end, holistic and seamless digital  experience  for  customers,  agents,  brokers,  customer  groups  and  third-party  service  providers.  The  suite  is  pre-integrated  with  Sapiens  IDITSuite  and  is  comprised  of  Digital  Engagement  and  Digital Enablement and API Layer components, and Sapiens Intelligence. The suite is cloud-based.


Sapiens Intelligence leverages the common insurance data model used by over 200 of our customers to deliver analytic insights that help insurers increase efficiency and grow profitably out of the box, encompassing data warehousing, reporting, visualization, insights and advanced analytics.

Now focusing on embedding analytic insights into Sapiens core systems and Sapiens Portals to make workflow smarter and analytics more actionable.


The Presales Solutions Consultant will need to collaborate across departments to progress our use of advanced analytics in our core products portfolio. This includes actively participating in defining next-generation applications with native analytics and empowering our services team to revisit existing customer implementations adding advanced analytics and data add-ons.


We expect you to:

- Lead and productize “closed-loop analytics” requirements to optimize profit and customer satisfaction across the insurance lifecycle, and how to embed them into the common workflows providing a measurable impact

- Collaborate with the different core Product Managers to build a common vision and define coherent roadmap for embedding analytics into all our products; Work closely with customers to understand their needs and integrate them into the product roadmap

- Coordinate with business, sales, and marketing leaders to harmonize go-to-market plans with product strategy

- Aid sales consultants and pre-sales engineers to construct demos with concrete examples that accurately represent product capabilities

- Plan an approach for offering a network value to our community of insurers to unleash stronger models and insights built on data shared by permission in a secured and confidential way by them

- Explain analytical processes and outcomes to nontechnical audiences during pre-sales and post-sales

- Consult customers and ensure that implementation decisions are aligned with their business objectives

- Design analytic solutions focused on ultimate insurance business goals and using analytics to support successful strategy


Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience on data applications/advanced analytics - 10+ years

- Experience in the insurance or financial industries - Advantage

- Experience in a dynamic product management role or as a business owner in the insurance industry - Advantage

- Experience overseeing all elements of the product roadmap - Advantage

- Highly effective cross-functional matrix international team management

- Exceptional influence skills (including presentation and public speaking)

- Excellent English

- Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies - Advantage
