Enterprise Sales Development Representative

Location: Lisbon, Portugal, or Madrid, Spain.

Job Description

The Enterprise SDR is responsible for identifying and generating qualified sales leads in order to build a strong sales pipeline.

In order to do so, she or he will work directly with prospects’ managers and C-level executives within the Insurance Industry in Spain, Portugal and Europe.

 

About the Role

  • Identify, research and prospect target accounts while forming strong alliance and collaboration between marketing and sales.
  • Capture, prospect, nurture and qualify leads, both inbound and outbound.
  • Run omnichannel lead nurturing and qualification cadences, including cold calling.
  • Manage your tasks, leads, and all data capture within Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Have an ample understanding of Sapiens’ offerings and the pains we solve for.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets and pipeline quota.
  • Work independently but collaboratively.
  • Deliver clear business opportunities to the sales team.

 

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in similar SDR/BDR roles, preferably focused on enterprise accounts.
  • Strong passion for technology and technology selling.
  • Great researcher, excellent listener, capable of identifying prospects' needs.
  • Resiliency is a must: able to handle hard no’s and keep dialing!
  • A Team player with great interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Good familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft and different ABM tools.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
