Job Description:

As the Sales Development Representative (SDR) Lead, you will play a dual role, both performing core SDR duties while also leading and mentoring a team of three SDRs. Your primary focus will be driving high performance from the team, helping them exceed their targets while actively contributing to the sales pipeline yourself. • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop and refine omnichannel outreach and lead nurturing strategies
  • Conduct lead qualification cadences, including cold calls, email outreach, and social selling, to ensure a strong sales pipeline
  • Manage and monitor your personal and the team’s activities, tasks, and data in Salesforce and Salesloft
  • Ensure both individual and team achievement of quarterly and annual pipeline and lead generation targets
  • Serve as a role model for the SDR team, demonstrating best practices and guiding them to continuously improve their performance
  • Work cross-functionally with account executives and marketing to identify qualified opportunities and deliver them to the sales team

Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of experience in an SDR/BDR role, ideally in enterprise sales environments
  • Previous experience mentoring or managing other SDRs or similar sales roles – a must
  • A proven track record of taking initiative and driving results in both individual and team settings
  • Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed personal lead generation and qualification targets
  • Strong passion for sales development, with the ability to coach others to improve performance
  • Resilience, with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills
  • Experience with long sales cycles (6+ months) and account-based strategies
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and other sales tools (e.g., Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
