About the role

We are looking for a fantastic corporate recruiting lead. You have a history of finding extraordinary talent, from staff level to executives, and a proven track record of leading a team of motivated recruiters.
You are passionate with a positive attitude, a sense of urgency, and ability to quickly recruit excellent talent.
This role will lead a team of recruiters in a supportive and collaborative environment. We want you to love what you do, be upbeat, eager to learn, and have a desire to grow.

 
Reporting to: VP HR, North America

 

Main Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with management at all levels to understand business needs and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies;
  • Oversee a team of Talent Acquisition Partners; including:
    • Support the recruiting team with the entire recruiting lifecycle (source, interview, negotiate and close) across a wide range of roles including Sales, R&D, Professional Services, and Operations;
    • Empower the team to conduct in-depth industry research and identify competitors, user groups, and relevant professional associations; Remain in the know-research and recommend new search methodologies and tools.  Continuing to explore, test, and optimize sourcing strategies;
  • Regularly lead recruiting efforts on strategic and senior roles;
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers and Business Unit leaders to define hiring forecasts and strategies;
  • Educate and collaborate with business leaders to continuously adapt the recruiting process to market trends and promote recruitment best practices across the North American organization;
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to Hiring Managers, enabling and advising on key recruiting decisions;
  • Provide interview guidelines and advice to Hiring Managers, including facilitating ongoing interview training.

 

 

Main Requirements

 

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably a blend of corporate and agency including extensive full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a technology-driven company;
  • Experience leading a team of recruiters across different disciplines, functioning as a player-coach;
  • Experience managing a team’s performance via set performance objectives, key performance indicators, measurement matrix;
  • Comfortable functioning as a lead while also holding personal goals;
  • Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills; Familiarity with a wide array of sourcing strategies and tools;
  • A creative thinker that can stay up to date, and implement new and innovative solutions;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow up skills;
  • Excellent MS Office skills – Excel, Outlook, Word;
  • Experience working with an ATS desired, priority given to SAP SuccessFactor knowledge.
