Duties and responsibilities
• Monitor project attributes including : actual employees allocation , actual cost and revenue vs plan
• Gap analysis of actual vs plan and vs budget – monthly process
• Follow up on employees demand and recruitment in actual vs planning
• Assist in end of month reports and create variance analysis reports
• Work across company with PMOs and PMs in all divisions to align planning
• Purchasing requests – initiate process and follow up on process completion
• Follow up on invoices processing
• Resource management related
• Allocation & Cost monitoring
• Prepare contractors invoices and purchase requests
Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience as Finance Analyst or in PMO activities such as Planning & Control or Budget Management
• Deep knowledge of Excel and all Office applications
• Experience with working with customer
• Excellent English
• Presentation skills - ability to create & deliver presentations
• MS Project knowledge
• Personal skills - independent worker, thinks outside the box, presentable, excellent interpersonal skills, accuracy in deliverables
• Detailed oriented
