Key responsibilities are

  • To act as a focal point of migration projects for the client. 

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions as well as migration project life cycle with the client. 

  • Produce migration scope, strategy, processes, testing, and reconciliation documents aligned to the overall project scope. 

  • Support and guide the implementation of system changes via liaison with the development team and the client. 

  • Review test plans. 

  • Perform expert testing on migration development/configuration. 

  • Production support including defect analysis. 

  • Guide and mentor migration developers. 

 

Skills & Experience required

  • 5+ years of experience in the industry, preferably in Life and Pensions. 

  • Configuration or technical activities on 3 or more software implementation projects. 

  • Project management experience on at least one migration implementation project is preferred. 

  • Requirements gathering and documentation experience. 

  • Experience leading workshops with clients. 

  • Experience working with configurable systems. 

  • Experience working with Policy Administration systems. 

  • Experience with package solutions and package implementation is desirable. 

  • Technical background: SQL, Programming languages. 

  • Proven client facing experience. 

  • A strong hands-on approach to business and excellent problem-solving skills. 

  • Strong communication skills in English – ability to clearly articulate requirements. 

 

Travel Requirement: Occasional travel, both domestic and international (maximum 30% on average)
