Sapiens is on the lookout for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Europe to join our team in Latvia and play a key role in attracting IT talent in the Latvia site and across Europe.

Working Model: Our flexible work arrangement involves in-office work, with remote work possibilities, ensuring both flexibility and productivity. This position will be part of the Sapiens Corporate division. 

 

Tasks include: 

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and provide strategic hiring support in Europe.
  • Candidate Engagement: Manage ongoing communication with candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage top talent.
  • Job Promotion & Employer Branding: Post and promote open positions across multiple media channels, contributing to employer branding initiatives as well as well leading the ambassador program in the Latvia site.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on talent market trends and continuously refine recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber professionals.
  • Process Improvement: Optimize recruitment processes and ensure best practices are followed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Global project: Participation in global projects, such as policy initiatives, DE&I activities, and more.

 

What to Have for this position:

Your Experience & Knowledge:

  • 4+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within the IT sector, and some experience recruiting abroad.
  • Strong direct sourcing skills, including expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media channels.
  • Proven experience working with hiring managers to drive successful hiring strategies.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and candidate engagement best practices.
  • Knowledge of European hiring trends and would be good to have European labor market regulations knowledge.
  • Excellent English skills (both written and spoken) to collaborate across multiple teams and regions.
