About Sapiens UK

Sapiens has been operating in the UK since 1987, allowing us to build a stable, well-established, and highly successful team. Our offices in Cardiff and Uxbridge are home to a vibrant team of 150 employees who bring a wealth of experience to the table.  We also have a thriving community of remote workers who regularly connect in their local areas for informal meetups, creating a strong network and sharing valuable experiences. Together, we work closely with our global colleagues to deliver innovative insurtech solutions to our clients throughout the world. 

Our talented team in the UK consists of professionals from diverse backgrounds, contributing their expertise in areas such as sales, marketing, business analysis, development, testing, delivery management, and project management. Corporate services are also represented with finance, HR, IT and operations professionals completing our whole range of role opportunities. 

Our UK team is recognized as a center of excellence for business analysis within the company. For over 10 years, we’ve run graduate/trainee programs, with many early recruits now holding senior roles. This program is vital to our ongoing growth, building essential knowledge within the company.
