Job Title: Site Facilities Manager 

Work Location: Bangalore (5 Days a Week)

Position Summary:- 

The Site Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall management of facilities operations for a large corporate office environment of over 100,000 sq. ft. This role ensures the efficient delivery of integrated facilities services while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, operational excellence, and workplace experience.

The incumbent will oversee engineering operations, workplace services, security, administration, transport, food services, EHS, vendor management, capital projects, statutory compliance, and business continuity, partnering with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:- 

• Lead end-to-end integrated facilities management for a corporate office portfolio exceeding 100,000 sq. ft.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of engineering, workplace, security, transport, food services, and administration.
• Manage facility infrastructure, preventive maintenance, and critical building systems to maximize operational uptime.
• Lead vendor governance, contract management, and SLA/KPI performance reviews.
• Drive statutory compliance, EHS programs, audit readiness, and business continuity planning.
• Manage office fit-outs, renovations, relocations, and workplace transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, sustainability, and operational efficiency.
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders, employees, landlords, and service providers.
• Lead and develop the site facilities team while fostering a customer-centric culture.
• Prepare operational reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:- 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Facilities Management.
• 12–15 years of facilities management experience in IT/ITES.
• Experience managing corporate facilities exceeding 100,000 sq. ft.
• Strong knowledge of engineering systems, vendor management, statutory compliance, EHS, and capital projects.
