Roles and Responsibility :

  • IT Procurement Buyer with 7–10 years managing end-to-end sourcing across Hardware, InfoSec Software, and Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) for APAC, EMEA, and US.
  • Work through the RFI/RFP/RFQ cycles and built Total Cost Ownership -backed business cases — consistently delivering 8 –10% YoY cost savings.
  • Negotiated multi-year agreements; maintained 90% + spend under contract with renewals driven ahead of expiry.
  • Owned the full P2P lifecycle (requisition to payment) with >95% PO compliance; resolved invoice disputes in partnership with Finance and AP.
  • Managed strategic OEM relationships (Dell, Lenovo, Cisco) through QBRs tracking delivery, quality, and SLA performance.
  • Optimised SaaS licensing across HR, Finance, Collaboration, and Security — shelfware below 15%;  AI procurement platforms to automate sourcing.
  • Trusted procurement partner to IT, InfoSec, Finance, and Legal across three global regions; managed cross-time-zone stakeholder priorities.
  • Enforced GDPR, SOC 2, compliance mitigated geopolitical, concentration, and cyber supply chain risks across all supplier tiers.
