Job Description :

As an integral part of the Bid Management team, the PMO-Bid Administrator uploads all bid responses for all Sapiens products and in all geographies, maintains the bid response database, onboards new users, learns new system features and by this helps the bid response teams to easily find the most updated and relevant answers for the specific product.

In addition, the PMO contributes to process governance by monitoring workflow compliance, maintaining SOPs, coordinating timelines and deliverables, and supporting risk and issue tracking.

What you’ll do:

• Cleaning and uploading bid response documents (mainly Excel)
• Maintaining the Responsive database, tagging, reminders, coordinating SME reviews
• Onboarding new Responsive Sapiens users and tracking new system features
• Supporting development and maintenance of bid‑management process documentation, checklists, and SOPs
• Monitoring process compliance, ensuring all bid steps (kickoff, reviews, approvals) follow governance standards
• Assisting with generating various Responsive reports and dashboards for the Bid Management team and senior management
• Ensuring proper version control and archiving of bid materials and related communications

What to Have for this position:

• Experience 3-5 years
• Independent and a quick learner who pays high attention to details
• High organization skills and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the capacity to meet the deadlines of multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in a variety of content-creation tools including Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
• Experience working in or with SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
• Understanding of AI concepts and tools.
• Strong time-management skills
• Collaborative approach, team player

• Relevant training on the Responsive tool will be provided by the Bid Management team
