What you’ll do:
We are looking for a Senior Cloud Network & Security Engineer to join our Global Network & Security team.
The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and operating network and security solutions across our multi-cloud and hybrid environment, including Azure, AWS, OCI, data centers, and Internet-facing services.
The position combines strong enterprise networking and security expertise with cloud networking, micro-segmentation, automation, observability, and AI-based infrastructure.
The engineer will work closely with Cloud, Cybersecurity, DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, and Application teams and will take ownership of solutions from architecture and design through implementation, production operation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
•    Design and implement secure network architectures across Azure, AWS, OCI, and hybrid environments.
•    Design and maintain secure connectivity between cloud platforms, data centers, customers, and external services.
•    Manage and optimize routing, VPN, DNS, NAT, traffic flows, and network availability.
•    Design and operate enterprise network security solutions, including firewalls, WAF, VPN, DMZ, and secure Internet connectivity.
•    Lead and implement network micro-segmentation, including application dependency mapping, security zones, east-west traffic control, and least-privilege communication.
•    Support Zero Trust and network security architecture initiatives.
•    Support Kubernetes and cloud-native application networking and security.
•    Develop automation for network and security operations using Python, PowerShell, Terraform, APIs, and Infrastructure as Code.  Good to have
•    Improve network and security observability, monitoring, logging, and operational automation.
•    Contribute to internal AI-powered observability and infrastructure management initiatives.
•    Support the network and security architecture of the organization's new AI Gateway platform.
•    Act as a senior technical escalation point for complex network, cloud, security, and production incidents.
•    Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implementation of permanent solutions.
•    Participate in architecture reviews, technology evaluations, POCs, and vendor activities.
•    Provide technical leadership, documentation, and knowledge transfer to the wider engineering team.

Required Experience & Skills
•    6+ years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Security, Cloud Networking, or related infrastructure engineering.
•    Strong hands-on enterprise networking and security experience.
•    Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, BGP, DNS, NAT, VPN/IPsec, and network troubleshooting.
•    Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls and WAF technologies.
•    Strong experience with cloud networking and security.
•    Hands-on experience with at least two major cloud platforms; Azure, AWS, and OCI experience is highly desirable.
•    Hands-on experience with network segmentation / micro-segmentation.
•    Experience with network automation and scripting, preferably Python or PowerShell.
•    Experience with Terraform, APIs, Infrastructure as Code, or CI/CD is an advantage.
•    Experience with Kubernetes/cloud-native networking is an advantage.
•    Experience with observability, logging, SIEM, or network analytics is an advantage.
•    Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
•    Fortinet/FortiGate, Palo Alto, or equivalent enterprise firewall experience.
•    Micro-segmentation technologies such as NSX or equivalent.
•    Zero Trust / SASE / SSE.
•    Kubernetes / AKS.
•    Network and security observability.
•    AI / AIOps / AI-powered infrastructure.
•    AI Gateway / API Gateway experience.
•    Relevant cloud, networking, or security certifications.

A senior hands-on Network & Security engineer who has evolved into modern multi-cloud engineering.
The ideal candidate should be able to work across:
Network Engineering + Network Security + Multi-Cloud + Micro-Segmentation + Automation + Observability + AI Infrastructure
This is not a traditional Network Operations or ticket-based support role. The position requires strong technical ownership, architecture capability, production troubleshooting, and the ability to drive new technology initiatives.
