Lifecycle / nurture analyst

Overview: Semi-technical Candidates who have worked in Hybrid i.e. Digital Marketing/ semi-technical role with SaaS Product or high-growth Fintech companies with total of 3–5 years experience in a hybrid Developer.

Job Description

  • Support build marketing agents: Support, build and deploy custom agents using Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT to automate Growth Marketing workflows and establish cross-platform synchronisation.
  • MarTech Orchestration: Act as the technical bridge between Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring seamless data flow and lead management.
  • Intelligence Dashboards: Design and maintain LLM empowered, API-connected, interactive dashboards that translate automation outcomes into business KPIs.
  • Web Management: Serve as the primary technical back-up for website management, ensuring site stability, SEO tracking, and CMS efficiency.

Skill Set

  • Should have deployed 3 to 4 agents with proven outcomes in the Digital Marketing space
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce (Marketing Module), HubSpot.
  • Hands on experience using LLMs (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT).
  • Experience with AI platforms like Lovable and Notebook LM is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of Python or Node.js 
  • Hands on connecting Martech tools with platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or n8n to rapidly connect disparate MarTech tools.
  • Intermediate level of expertise with creating API connected Dashboards on Power BI
  • Deep understanding of structuring data for LLMs
  • Understanding of AEO/SEO & CRO preferred but not a showstopper.
  • Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP

Academics

  • Degree in B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent IT certification from a good Institute
  • Diploma or equivalent certificate in Digital Marketing
  • Professional certification in Gen AI and Agentic AI from any Tier 1 or equivalent institute. (Preferred)
