About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Product to join us in leading smart, data-driven products and solutions that create real value for customers, employees, and the business.

This is a key position at the intersection of data, technology, and business — managing end-to-end product lifecycles, collaborating cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders, and leading organization-wide processes in a complex, dynamic, and forward-looking environment.

 Key Responsibilities

 Product Management

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data- and AI-driven products
• Identify business needs and translate them into measurable product requirements
• Lead discovery and design processes in collaboration with users and business stakeholders
• Manage backlog and prioritize features based on business value and impact
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data, UX, and Data Science teams
• Ensure product quality throughout the lifecycle (QA, rollout, adoption)

 Data, ML & GenAI

• Define data layers, metrics, and intelligent models (ML)
• Design, manage, and implement GenAI-based solutions (e.g., language models, chatbots, generative automation, and more)
• Measure results, run experiments (A/B testing), and drive continuous improvement
• Define business KPIs and translate insights into data-driven actions

 Cross-Organizational Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with business units, regulation, actuarial, risk, digital, service, and other teams
• Lead cross-organizational processes within a large and complex enterprise
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage expectations, and present business insights

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Statistics / Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems / Economics / Industrial Engineering & Management)
• At least 3 years of experience in data or product-related roles: Data Product / BI Product / Analytics / Product with strong data orientation
• Full proficiency in SQL and BI tools – required
• Proven experience leading data-driven products or processes in a large organization
• Experience in KPI definition, measurement, and deriving business insights
• Familiarity with ML and GenAI domains – strong advantage
• Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to inspire and mobilize people and ideas
