SVP Platform Engineers & Chief Software Architect

We’re looking for a visionary SVP Platform Engineers & Chief Software Architect to shape the architectural strategy and technical roadmap of our global Cloud & SaaS product portfolio.

In this senior role, you will lead end‑to‑end solution architecture, drive shared platform services across product lines, and ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and enterprise‑grade. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Executive teams to align technology with business strategy and accelerate innovation.

What you’ll lead

  • Enterprise‑wide Cloud & SaaS architecture vision
  • Multi‑tenant, high‑availability, distributed systems
  • Shared services consolidation (Auth, Analytics, APIs, GenAI foundations)
  • Microservices & cloud‑native architecture design
  • DevOps, CI/CD, and unified cloud deployment automation
  • Cross‑product integrations and platform‑level innovation

What you bring

  • 15+ years in software engineering & architecture
  • 5+ years leading end‑to‑end system architecture
  • Proven experience delivering large‑scale, high‑availability enterprise systems
  • Significant experience in SaaS / Cloud‑native product companies, operating multi‑tenant platforms at scale
  • Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and Azure (advantage)
  • Leading enterprise architecture transformations
  • Hands‑on expertise: React.js, Java, C++, CI/CD, DevOps, cloud security

Advantage

  • Background in insurance platforms (PAS)
  • Experience building digital platforms or low/no‑code frameworks
