Location: Petach Tikva (Work in Client's site. Hybrid, one day work from home)

Responsibilities:

• Perform system analysis and author High-Level Design (HLD) documents for clients.
• Translate business requirements into technological needs and provide corresponding solutions.
• Demonstrate hands-on application knowledge and author Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for development and implementation teams.
• Characterize and manage interfaces between various systems.
• Provide system support and maintenance, including ongoing incidents and tier-2/3 management.

Requirements:

• Significant experience (at least 3 years) in system analysis and characterization within Salesforce-based projects.
• Proven experience in implementing integrations with external systems.
• At least one year of hands-on implementation experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience working within large financial institutions – a significant advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM – an advantage.

• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
• Fast learner with strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent team player, capable of working according to organizational methodologies.
• Hebrew – Fluent/Native.
• English – High level.
