As part of Sapiens' internal transformation, we are seeking a dedicated Junior Project Manager to lead and support the success of this cross-organizational initiative. This transformation spans every critical area of the organization - from sales and product to R&D, Delivery, systems, and people. It is a unique opportunity to examine and reshape the organization from end to end, managing a holistic, cross-functional program. In this role, you will provide continuous status oversight, work with C-level & executive leadership , ensuring alignment across teams, and proactively driving the program forward. Your leadership will be key in managing risks, bottlenecks, and ensuring a smooth, coordinated journey that will define Sapiens’ future.

Job description:

• Plan, monitor, maintain, and operate transformation workstreams, including timelines and milestones.
• Act as a gatekeeper, raising flags based on project needs and priorities.
• Coordinate between workstreams and divisions.
• Participate in meetings, prepare summaries, and document protocols.
• Prepare presentations and other materials as needed.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• First degree in Industrial engineering.
• Experience in a SasS business - Must.
• Experience in international organizations.
• Experience working with C-level & executive leadership.
• PMP certificate - Advantage.
• Full-time availability, with flexibility for overtime/unusual hours.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew - Must.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
