The VP BU acts as a trusted advisor, understanding and helping clients achieve their business goals.

The VP BU work with customers to develop a deep understanding of their business, objectives, and priorities. They use this knowledge to foster and propose solutions and services that improve the client’s efficiency, enable competitiveness, streamline processes, and reduce expenses.

The VP BU understand the capabilities of the solutions within Sapiens’ portfolio and work to articulate a solution’s value, differentiate its capabilities, and develop an effective client value proposition, with the objective of maximizing Sapiens’ value

The VP BUhold overall responsibility & accountability for all Sapiens delivery provided to customer, on time, in high quality, within budget and to customer satisfaction.

 

Business focus -

1.Constantly driving to grow the Sapiens business within the account

2.Managing and Improving the P&L

3.Building Long-term Relationships with our customers.

4.Understanding Customer Needs & leveraging customer pain points into opportunities for value creation

5.Collaborating Closely with Sales: proactively drive the “Land & Expand” strategy and identify cross-selling opportunities to achieve accounts’ sustainable business growth.

6.Manage end to end Upsell processes, with sales support as needed

7.Developing and Executing the Account’s Strategy, with Sales

 

Execution focus-

1.Governance his teams to ensure high quality of delivery according to project plan

2.Responsible for meeting the accounts financial targets and contractual agreement.

3.Risk assessment and manage mitigations

4.Promote collaboration and teamwork with internal stakeholders

5.Point of escalation to any delivery process emerged in the accounts

6.Act as a customer advocate within Sapiens and promote a customer-focused culture.
