What You’ll Do
- Own and optimize the product backlog, guiding feature development, user stories, and priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, delivery, architecture, and client teams for maximum impact.
- Drive successful implementation of digital solutions for internal business units and external clients.
- Communicate vision, progress, and project status transparently to all stakeholders.
- Travel occasionally for product demos, workshops, and client engagements.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years as a Technical Product Owner or equivalent, ideally in insurtech or fintech environments.
- Hands-on experience SAAS companies - understanding infrastructure, microservices, and APIs
- Able to read and write technical specs, API contracts, and data models - not just business requirements.
- Good understanding of client/server-side architecture, databases, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Strong UX/UI sensibility - able to prototype and work in Figma or Visio and evaluate implementation fidelity against design intent.
- Comfortable running sprint ceremonies and making trade-off decisions on scope, debt, and velocity.
- Analytical and metrics-driven - owns KPIs, defines success criteria, and uses data to guide prioritization.
- Hands-on work with Genai tools – Calude, Rovo etc.

- Communication: Clearly articulate requirements, feedback, and vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships and work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, changing environments and adjust priorities as needed.
- Problem Solving: Tackle complex challenges logically and develop actionable solutions.
Bonus Skills
- Software development or architecture background
- Experience on a platform or foundation team - building shared infrastructure and capabilities used by multiple product lines.
- Hands-on design or ownership of drag-and-drop builders - visual editors, form builders, or workflow designers.
- End-to-end experience building low-code / no-code platforms including visual modeling, rule engines, and runtime execution layers.
