What You’ll Do

• Own and optimize the product backlog, guiding feature development, user stories, and priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, delivery, architecture, and client teams for maximum impact.
• Drive successful implementation of digital solutions for internal business units and external clients.
• Communicate vision, progress, and project status transparently to all stakeholders.
• Travel occasionally for product demos, workshops, and client engagements.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years in a Technical Product Owner or similar role, ideally within insurtech or fintech
• Experience working in born in the cloud/cloud native companies - Must
• Proven ability to design, launch, and manage digital solutions/products
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices
• Experience with backlog management, user story mapping, and sprint planning
• Proficiency with web technologies - client/server-side, databases, cloud services
• Strong UX/UI knowledge and ability to write clear, actionable requirements
• Hands-on experience with JIRA
• Familiarity with prototyping/design tools (Visio, Figma)
• Analytical mindset - comfortable with metrics, data-driven decision making, and KPIs
• Decisive, results-focused, and able to manage priorities amid changing demands
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills
• English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Leadership ability: motivating teams, resolving conflicts, influencing outcomes
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience throughout all phases of software development lifecycle
• Experience in working in a foundation/platform team - Advantage
• Experience designing and implementing drag-and-drop builders (e.g., visual editors, form builders, workflow designers) - Advantage
• Experience building end-to-end low-code / no-code platforms, including visual modeling, rule engines, and runtime execution layers - Advantage
