Sapiens UK is seeking the expertise of a Global Compensation & Benefits Expert to start as soon as possible in 2026.  Working within our global HR team, this exciting new opportunity is targeted towards a senior individual contributor providing hands-on expertise and execution.  This role will support the Europe region and will contribute to global cross-organisational C&B initiatives.

Location:  UK – Remote and Hybrid working options depending on your location.

Key Responsibilities are:

Compensation

1. Own and execute salary benchmarking and market pricing using external survey data.
2. Support annual merit, bonus, and other compensation related processes.
3. Take part in design, implement, and maintain short-term and long-term incentive plans.

Benefits

1. Own and execute the design and optimization of regional and global benefits programs.
2. Contribute to the development and governance of a global benefits management framework.
3. Ensure compliance with local labour laws and global internal policies.

Global & Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. Act as a key contributor to global C&B projects and harmonization initiatives.
2. Support organizational change and restructuring from a C&B perspective.
3. Partner closely with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and business leaders.

Process Improvement & Digitalization

1. Drive automation and digitalization of compensation and benefits processes.
2. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making.
3. Continuously improve workflows for efficiency and scalability.

Analytics & Reporting

1. Prepare executive-level presentations and insights.
2. Deliver annual and ad-hoc reporting on compensation, benefits, and people cost metrics.

Required Experience & Qualifications are:

1. 6–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within a global or multinational organisation.
2. Proven hands-on experience in:
1. Salary benchmarking and survey management
2. Merit and annual compensation review cycles
3. Incentive plan design and implementation

Preferred Experience:

1. Experience designing or supporting global benefits frameworks.
2. Experience in automation and digitalization of C&B processes.
3. Experience supporting organizational change, restructuring, or post-merger integration.
4. Experience in job architecture, role frameworks, and pay range establishment.

Technical Skills:

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, large datasets).
2. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
3. Strong executive presentation and verbal communication skills.

Soft Skills:

1. High level of ownership and accountability
2. Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
3. Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix organization
