About the Job:

The Integration Lead is responsible for managing system and process integration to ensure smooth operations and alignment with customer objectives. In this role, you'll oversee integration projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and meet business goals. Day-to-day tasks include leading a technical scrum team, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to high standards. You'll focus on both technical and operational aspects, working closely with customers to gather requirements and manage the integration backlog, while collaborating with senior management to optimize delivery and ensure timely completion.

 

 

Tasks include: 

Team /Resource Management

    • Allocate and manage resources effectively, including team members, budget, and tools.
    • Ensure that the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to execute the integration.
    • Lead mentor and support a technical integration scrum team.
    • Assist in training and mentoring the team members
    • Administrate the project integration program, and build a working plan by the team capacity.

Project Planning and Strategy

    • Develop a detailed project plan that outlines the scope, goals, timeline, resources, and budget for the integration.
    • Lead the A&D phase to collect the customers' requirements.
    • Define integration objectives and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor integration processes to proactively address issues and minimize disruptions.
    • Work closely with technical teams to understand system requirements, data flow, and integration points.
    • Ensure that technical aspects of the integration are executed according to best practices and standards.

Delivery

    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration plans, processes, release notes, and outcomes.
    • Ensure that the integration meets quality standards and performs as expected.
    • Conduct testing and validation to verify that integrated systems and processes function correctly.

Stakeholder Management

    • Identify and engage with internal and external key stakeholders
    • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.

Customer relationship

    • Be in direct contact with the customer stakeholders and maintain a professional Customer relationship
    • Be supportive and maintain the integration customers' success.

 

What to Have for this position:

Technical background

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on the integration of technical projects or related fields 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or Engineering   
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex issues that may arise during the integration process
  • Technical tools and Background
    • Background in Software Development (Java) and Data Engineering
    • Strong SQL skills and experience
    • Experience working with web services architecture (API)
    • Experience working with ETL interfaces (preferred Talend)
    • Proven experience in cloud environment and integration security

Soft skills

  • At least 5 years of experience as an agile project manager
  • Team-orientated personality with proven experience in leading a full scrum team
  • Self-sufficient with strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively 
  • Excellent customer-facing/relations skills including presentation skills
  •  Excellent verbal and written (English) communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in the specific integration of the InsureTech industry
  • Experience as a Team lead
