Senior PMO (TIA)

Sapiens is on the lookout for a Senior PMO to become a key player in our Global PMO team. If you're a seasoned professional and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.

Location: Lvivo 101, Vilnius, Lithuania

Working Model: Hybrid (after probation period)

This position will be part of Sapiens’ P&C division.

What you’ll do:

• Be the Project Manager’s right hand and trustee.
• Responsible for planning, monitoring, maintaining & operating the project Information System (work plans, project budget, plan vs. actual, invoice lifecycle etc...).
• Promote efficiency, cost-saving, and improvement to processes.
• Responsible for the project timeline, resources allocation, budget control.
• Responsible for identifying needs and allocating the appropriate resources in order to meet project deadlines.
• Responsible for raising flags and be a gatekeeper based on projects needs and priorities.
• Coordinate between the project units (Design, Dev, QA etc..).
• Manage and control project revenue and P&L forecast.

What to Have for this position:

• 6+ years of experience in PMO Planning & Control activities.
• Experience in Budget management – P&L understanding, project Costs, and revenues, resource planning and forecast, tracking budget gaps and high analytical skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Presentation skills - Ability to create & deliver presentations effectively.
• Deep knowledge of Excel and all Office application.
• Independency, thinking outside the box, excellent communication skills, preference for past-paced working environment. 

Good to have Skills:

• Relevant background in software global companies
• University degree in IT engineering, Finance, Math or Actuarial Mathematics
• PMP or Prince2 certificate – would be advantage
